The Management Committee is comprised of the Executive Committee of Zanett plus the CEO's of its operating subsidiaries. Select members of corporate and subsidiary management are also invited to attend Management Committee meetings.

The Management Committee exists to give a governance voice to the CEO's of the operating subsidiaries of the IT Commonwealth. The Management Committee recommends policy and procedure, particularly with respect to interactions among the Commonwealth operating units ("Members"), and between the Executive Committee and the Members. It also participates in the vetting of prospective entrants to the Commonwealth, unanimous approval for which is sought before a company is admitted into the Commonwealth.
